Placing Orders

Please be aware that due to our efficient and rapid order fulfillment system, it's not possible to edit or modify your order once it has been placed. We strongly encourage you to review all details of your order carefully before finalizing it. Your attention to accuracy helps ensure a smooth and swift delivery of your items.

Shipping Times:

We strive to process and ship all orders as swiftly as possible. Our estimated shipping times are typically outlined during the checkout process and may vary based on the destination, shipping method selected, and product availability. Please note that these estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates but rather approximations. Please note that per our SLAs with our fulfillment partner, orders have up to 2 business days to ship out (4 business days if the order is over 24 products or greater than $1500 in value). Once the order is dispatched, your shipping preference will take effect. 

Insurance is not available on these shipments.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your package as it makes its way to you. If you have any questions about the tracking information or encounter any issues, please don't hesitate to contact clientservices@chirothin.com

Delivery:

Deliveries are usually made during standard business hours. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier service may leave a notification with instructions for rescheduling or picking up your package. Please follow these instructions promptly to avoid any further delays.

Notification of Issues:

We understand that sometimes issues may arise with your order after it has been delivered. Therefore, we offer a 7-day window from the date of delivery for you to notify us of any problems, including:

- Damaged items

- Incorrect items received

- Missing items

- Quality concerns

How to Notify Us:

If you encounter any issues with your order within the specified 7-day period, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team via email at clientservices@chirothin.com or by calling 877-377-7636.
  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant supporting documentation, such as photos.

Resolution Process:

Upon receiving your notification, our Customer Support team will initiate a review of the issue. Please note our business hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST. We may request additional information or evidence to better understand the situation. Depending on the nature of the problem, we will then proceed with one of the following options: - Issuing a replacement for damaged or incorrect items. - Filing a claim with the shipping carrier. - Offering instructions for returning the item, if necessary. Should a claim need to be filed with the carrier, customer is responsible for the resolution process.

Exclusions:

Please note that this 7-day notification period is strictly enforced, and we cannot guarantee assistance for issues reported beyond this timeframe. Additionally, this policy does not cover issues resulting from misuse or mishandling of the product.
